Mr. Fidelis Olusola Dada obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance (with special reference to Banking) as well as a master’s degree in business administration. He is an associate of the Nigeria Institute of Management as well as the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators. His work experience spans various sectors/areas (development finance, community development and others. He has served as financial adviser/consultant to Zamfara State Government on Hydro Power Project on a Debt profile of $116.1 million (2007 – 2008); trained Bank Executives in Corporate failure prediction and Problem loan workout strategies; served as Open Consultant in review of dossiers and preparation and submission of Tenders for renderers for EDF contracts from 2005 – 2008; and is an expert in project financing, manpower development, corporate restructuring/ turnaround operations, local and foreign loan sourcing, feasibility reports writing and general consultancy services.
